To "get the deal done" on time and within budget, we provide
these cost-effective valuable services to assist the principals as appropriate
in negotiating,
documenting, and closing the business, real estate, and finance transactions
that comprise their projects:
- Facilitate,
conduct, and confirm negotiations, meetings, and other communications among
the parties;
- Review,
provide business advice on, distribute, and arrange for signing of documentation,
including obtaining and preparing governmental applications and other forms;
- Introduce
principals to, request proposals from, and negotiate service agreements
with necessary experts or other service providers, such as accountants,
environmental consultants, engineers, brokers, property developers, contractors,
bankers and other capital sources, lawyers, and appraisers;
- Pursue and
advocate zoning, permit, regulatory, and other governmental approvals;
- Make presentations
and provide other project support at government offices, governing body
executive sessions, public meetings, and public hearings;
- Prepare,
arrange, and deliver “pitches” and similar funding requests
to capital sources;
- Package
and manage company and project information;
- Manage
or arrange for management of construction; and
- Coordinate,
facilitate, and, to the extent appropriate, perform due diligence, contract
