A private area for clients only, controlled by user ID and password,
where DEALTEK and its clients develop, refine, and share project information,
transaction documents, and in-progress work products. Our clients also
access, and work with DEALTEK to run, our DEALS®
proprietary project management and decision modeling software system in
these electronic conference rooms. Collaborate and Review:
Analytical
models, financial projections, and similar computational
spreadsheets;
"What
If" capabilities regarding criteria definition and priority;
Project
summaries, project presentations (for example, related to financing,
executive sessions with public officials, or public meetings and hearings),
correspondence, letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and
other transaction documents; and
Other
informational matrices to compare decision scenarios.
