Overview

We have designed the DEAL Zone^® to facilitate efficient communication, analysis, and action in capital investment projects. DEAL Zone also provides articles and other general information of interest to companies, economic development authorities, and their services providers engaged in a capital investment project.

DEALS^® is our proprietary project management and decision modeling software system. It provides a unique, web-based interactive electronic process for our clients to gather, access, update, analyze, and model privileged project information privately and confidentially from anywhere and at anytime, even during negotiations. It is a highly sophisticated, best-in-class, and user-friendly decision support software system.

Client Conference Rooms
A private area for clients only, controlled by user ID and password, where DEALTEK and its clients develop, refine, and share project information, transaction documents, and in-progress work products. Our clients also access, and work with DEALTEK to run, our technology applications in these electronic conference rooms.

• New Project Questionnaire, allowing prospective and existing clients easily and confidentially to document their proposed capital investment, job creation or retention, and project requirements;
  
  
• Analytical models, financial projections, and similar computational
  spreadsheets;
  
  
• "What If" capabilities regarding criteria definition and priority;
  
  
• Project summaries, project presentations (for example, related to financing, executive sessions with public officials, or public meetings and hearings), correspondence, letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and other transaction documents; and
  
  
• Other informational matrices to compare decision scenarios.

• RFPs, summaries, and other information packages, in which DEALTEK describes our clients' proposed projects;
  
  
• Questionnaires, simple forms, and downloadable files, in which economic development agencies can respond with information on their locations' attributes, costs of doing business, and available sites, and otherwise can present proposals; and
  
  
• Applications, contracts, letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, incentive packages, and other transaction-specific documents, once the client has chosen the desired transaction, location, and/or site.
